Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Returns

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatching. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
    • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive and then refuse the pick-up from the shipping company. The product will be returned to us, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This policy is non-negotiable.
  2. Customer Acknowledgment:

    • By placing an order with Aylal Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our return policy. All complaints regarding cancellations and returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.
  3. Damaged Packages:

    • Inspection on Delivery: If the package arrives damaged, the customer MUST inspect the contents of the package before signing the delivery confirmation.
    • Signing the Delivery Confirmation: Only sign the delivery confirmation if all products ordered are present and not damaged. Any complaints due to the customer's failure to inspect the package before signing will not be accepted, nor will refunds be provided.

Shipping Conditions for Reference:

  1. General Information:

    • Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
  2. Customs Information:

    • Starting July 1, 2022, Morocco imposed new import tariffs on all purchases made via international e-commerce platforms, regardless of value. To comply with government regulations, purchases might be subjected to a 32.25% tariff at arrival, regardless of value. With DAP (Delivered at Place) service, further payments could be required at the time of delivery.
  3. Shipping:

    • All Aylal Beauty orders are shipped from our EU warehouses to your country by Road Freight. The Estimated Delivery window provided by Aylal Beauty reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit times caused by road freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Aylal Beauty's control.
    • DAP (Delivered at Place) service is available for shipments to Morocco. All duties, taxes, and import fees are not collected at the time of checkout; further payments could be required at the time of delivery.
